File consists of one fire insurance plan from the Plan Department of Associated Mutual Insurance Company, Boston, showing Dominion Tire and Rubber Machinery Shops. Map was surveyed and drawn by F.A. Lougee on October 9, 1923 and traced by W.G. Harlow. The map shows 3D renderings of the buildings on the property along with descriptions of each building.

Contains Candy Division documents pertaining to Candy Division buildings and property in both Hamilton and Toronto. File includes correspondence, memoranda, plans and copies of plans, the Agreement of Purchase and Sale for properties in Hamilton, an advertisement for an opportunity to sublet a building in Toronto, and maps.

Rivers and other bodies of water surveyed are:

• River Penk and tributaries (1956-1960);
• Great Ouse (1955-1959);
