One item of correspondence relating to the centenary events planned by the K-W Y.M.C.A., as well as to the donation of the Y.M.C.A. papers and memorabilia to the archives of the University of Waterloo. R. J. Brown is asked to donate any relevant Y.M.C.A. materials he may have for preservation in this university's archives. Gabrielle Moule was the chair of the K-W YMCA Centenary Committee.

One programme an for evening of musical entertainment featuring Gracie-Fields. The Waterloo Musical Society Band and the Y.M.C.A.Chorus also performed at this event featuring Gracie-Fields which took place on Sept. 18, 1940.

Materials include group photographs with members identified, itineraries, list of songs, a list of members, ephemera, one audio cassette, and current correspondence from the Y.M.C.A. and Schneiders. Also includes contemporary materials on archival donations of the materials.

Accrual consists of materials created and accumulated by R.J. Brown relating to his time as a member of the Kitchener-Waterloo YMCA chorus. Includes photographs of the chorus, music and set lists, membership information, ephemera and radio scripts.
