Records include correspondence related to specific programs such as Out of the Cold, the Supporting Communities Partnership Initiative (SCPI), and the Government of Canada's Homelessness Initiative. Also includes a question and answer sheet about the Supporting Communities Partnership Initiative (SCPI), the Urban Aboriginal Strategy-Homelessness, Youth Employment Strategy, and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation’s Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program and Shelter Enhancement Program. In addition, the file contains an invitation to a community forum on homelessness that was held at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Waterloo, Ontario on September 12, 2001, and related material from that event.

Material created or accumulated by Andrew Telegdi during his tenure as a Member of Parliament related to the development of the high technology industry and infrastructure in Kitchener and Waterloo, Ontario. Records include correspondence and notes as well as invitations, agendas, programs, and other textual material created during the planning of Peter Harder and Allan Rock's separate visits to Waterloo in 2002. At the time, Peter Harder was Deputy Minister of Industry Canada and Allan Rock was Minister of Industry. Andrew Telegdi hosted both visits.

A certificate issued by Stéphane Dion, then Leader of the Liberal Party of Canada, to the Returning Officer for the electoral district of Kitchener-Waterloo confirming that Andrew Telegdi had the endorsement of the Liberal Party of Canada. This certificate was signed by Stéphane Dion in Ottawa, Ontario and was likely issued after Telegdi was nominated as the candidate to represent the Library Party in the riding of Kitchener-Waterloo in the 2008 Canadian federal election.

Correspondence sent and received by Andrew Telegdi during his appointment as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Prime Minister with special emphasis on Aboriginal Affairs. The correspondence documents a variety of topics including a meeting regarding Bowater Inc.’s investment in two First Nation joint venture sawmills in Thunder Bay, Ontario and Maniwaki, Quebec, the Perimeter Institute’s international summer school program for high school students and related efforts to enroll two students from Indigenous communities in Canada in the program, and more.
