Twenty photographs of various Grissol products, possibly used for marketing and advertising purposes, including bread sticks, Melba toast, toasted bread, rusks, Dutch rusks, bread crumbs, browned flour, croutons, ready mix stuffing, corn puffs, cheese pops, pretzel sticks, pretzel rings, bits n pieces, pretzels, cookies, and different flavours of Loney's soup bases and soup mixes. Many of the photographs show product packaging written in both English and French.

Pinto promotion.

A copy of Dare Cookie News, volume 1, no. 1 released in 1975. The front page of this volume highlights the pinto promotion, which was launched by Dare Foods Limited in 1975. The promotion involved the give-away of seven Ford Pinto station wagons, the distribution of over 3 million coupons, in-store displays of Dare cookies and the placement of point of purchase advertising material throughout Ontario. The promotion was likely launched to encourage certain supermarket chains to relist Dare products following the strike in 1972.

This file also includes a memorandum written by Bryan Dare providing detailed historical information about the pinto promotion.

File consists of cookie and cracker formulas, most arranged in alphabetical order. Most formulas are typewritten. Some are dated; some contain ms. annotations; and some are labelled "Perrins." File also contains some loose handwritten formulas as well as typewritten pages of other information such as the standard weight of coatings on biscuits, container lines, and a test for rancidity.
