File consists of two casual snapshots of employees of Dare. The first is of three women standing together outside of the office (Ruth Wettlaufer, Violet Uregard, Louise Glebe) and the second is of four men outside sitting on the Dare delivery car (Edward Doerr, Oscar Hopp).

The photographs are accompanied by a note which reads "Louise Glebe (1891-1977) became Secretary-Treasurer of C.H. Doerr Co. Ltd. in 1919, upon the company's incorporation. She married C.H. Doerr in the 1930's, becoming his third wife and outlived him by 36 years. Edward Doerr (1865-1944) was a "shipper" and one of the founding shareholders of C.H. Doerr Co. Ltd. in 1919. He was a brother - three years older - of C.H. Doerr.

The Dare Delicious films feature a jingle with the same name. They include shots of children eating and stacking towers of cookies, hands taking cookies off of a serving plate, a tuba player, and a butler holding a plate of cookies. The films end with a child taking a bite of a cookie and stating: "Dare delicious."

The Opera films feature a French version of the Dare Delicious jingle. They include an opera starring two children singing as another child, dressed as a villain in a cape and hat, tries to steal cookies being watched by an audience eating Dare cookies. The films end with the child actors smiling at the camera and stating: "Les bons gagnent tout le temps."

A partial reprint of a publication from H&R Contact regarding the raw materials and production methods of German gummi bears, specifically those produced by Katjes, a company in Emmerich, Germany. Dare Foods Limited had a license to produce German style soft candies including gummi bears from Katjes. Also includes one memo to B.R. Dare from G.A. Hudson regarding the construction and durability of pegtop candy films and a sample of film that could be used to package Dare jelly bears. The labeling on the sample film is written in both English and French.

An analog clock with roman numerals on the clock face and the following engraving: Girl Guides of Canada / Dare / Partners in Success / Bryan Dare. Also includes a built-in photograph frame that holds one 5" x 7" picture. The clock and photograph frame feature a hinge-open design so that the piece could sit on a desktop or similar flat surface.

In 2002, Dare Foods Limited was chosen as the executive supplier of cookies for the Girl Guides of Canada. It is likely that the clock and photograph frame were created to commemorate this new partnership.
