Consists of materials relating to the opening of the Grand River Conservation Authority Apps' Mills Nature Centre which occurred on October 19, 1981. The file probably belonged to Ralph Beaumont, who at the time served as Information Supervisor for the GRCA Communications Division. Includes correspondence, ts. opening ceremony program outline, ts. draft copies of speeches and lists of invitees. Also present are leaflets concerning openings of other GRCA sites. The cover of the file folder contains ms. notes concerning preparations for the ceremony.

Includes correspondence, agenda, minutes of meetings held in preparation for the opening, ts. corrected draft of text for opening ceremony and a printed opening ceremony leaflet. The file probably belonged to Ralph Beaumont who at the time served as Information Supervisor of the GRCA Communications Division. The front of the file folder contains ms. notes concerning the opening.
