The manual is divided into 47 sections which include official plans of Brant County and the Townships of South Dumfries and Onondaga and the planning areas of Burford and Oakland and overviews of various environmentally sensitive areas.

Consists of ts.(photocopy) reference manual to environmentally sensitive areas in Wellington County, Ont. The manual is divided into 41 sections which include official plans of Wellington County, the City of Guelph and other municipalities, and overviews of various environmentally sensitive areas.

Lake Erie & Northern : May 8, 1990 and last run, July 31, 1990.

Consists of a videocassette recording of train journeys filmed from the caboose of a train travelling on the Lake Erie & Northern (CPR) rail line from Cambridge to Brantford, Ontario on May 8, 1990 and on the last train run on the line, July 31, 1990. The film shows the track and the natural and constructed areas immediately surrounding it.

The track was subsequently removed and converted to the Grand River Conservation Authority Cambrdige to Paris Rail-Trail in 1994 and the SC Johnson Rail-Trail in 1996 according to information provided by the GRCA on the box listing supplied with the fonds.

Strategy Committee : background information, February 19, 1990.

Consists of a binder of materials containing background information concerning the Grand River Conservation Authority which was collated by B. Veale for use by the members of the GRCA Strategy Committee.

The binder is divided into five sections which include role and mandates of Conservation Authorities under the Conservation Act; GRCA regulations; GRCA goals and objectives; GRCA policy guidelines and GRCA mission statement. Inserted is a ts. report titled : Grand River Conservation Authority Program for the protection of natural areas in the Carolinian life zone by the Environmental Services Group of the GRCA Water Management Division, August 26, 1986.

Consists of materials related to the research and publication of the Grand River Conservation Foundation book, Grand River Reflections (Erin, Ont., 1989). Includes ts. corrected draft of the manuscript (which according to information provided by the GRCA on the box survey list is the first typed copy of the manuscript), correspondence and research notes. Also contains photocopies of excerpts from books, press clippings and a printed booklet titled : Church of Our Lady, Guelph, Ontario, 1867-1967. File folder cover contains ms. notes. The file probably belonged to Ralph Beaumont, Grand River Conservation Authority, who wrote the text for the publication.
