Includes correspondence from the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources to the GRCA, July 4, 1974 introducing the regulation and a copy of the Order-in-Council. Also present is background documentation including copies of selected minutes of the GRCA and copies of the Ontario statute : The Conservation Authorities Act, R.S.O. 1960, Ch. 62.

Also includes a copy of a letter from the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources to the GRCA, dated July 10, 1974, regarding flood control benefits of the Ayr Reservoir. Also present are photoreproductions of Grand River Conservation Commission Graphs showing Mean Daily Flows in the Grand River for the Water Years ending 1948-September, 1973.
