Includes blueline drawings of the general arrangement of spillway, dam model, and stilling basin, prepared by H.G. Acres and Company in November, 1953, and photographs of the sluiceway model. Correspondence between the Grand River Conservation Commission and the Ontario Department of Planning and Development is inserted.
