File consists of material relating to research by Robert B. Ferguson for a thesis submitted to the University of Waterloo as part of the requirements for the Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Honours Urban and Regional Planning degree. Includes correspondence between Ferguson and Phyllis Parker as well as vice-president Donald Mills regarding Ferguson's research and use of the association mailing list for his survey. The thesis is entitled Seasonal/permanent planning issues in Muskoka.

File consists of a summary and full report of the commission on the reform of property taxation in Ontario.
