Philip, Chairman, GRCC, dated April 28, 1947 with heading "Spring Run-Off, Grand River Watershed, 1947"; the second a letter to Marcel Pequegnat, Chairman, GRCC dated Jan 11, 1955 with heading "RE: Flood Reports", accompanied by a newspaper clipping. The clipping describes "Ontario's first organized flood warning system" as set up by the GRCC.
