(photocopy) list of emergency contact personnel and circular letter from the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources to wardens, mayors and reeves of municipalities in Ontario, dated March 6, 1973 concerning emergency planning.

Includes township, town and city by-laws regarding emergency services operations. Also present is a cover` ms. memo dated March 10, 1977 to Ilmar Kao, Grand River Conservation Authority from Gerald Axworthy which lists the contents of the manual.
