Material created and accumulated by the University of Waterloo Library related to the management of architecture rare books and archival collections. Includes correspondence related to the distribution of funds donated by Herbert Spencer Clark to develop the Rosa Breithaupt Clark Architectural Collection of books. Also includes correspondence between several Library staff members identifying architecture books or archival collections and outlining the potential transfer of these collections to the School of Architecture. In addition, the file contains several monetary evaluations of the Architectural Library Collection, or parts of, for insurance purposes.

Album contains postcards and photographs documenting a trip made May 24 to July 31, 1960 by Rosa and Spencer Clark to Italy, Greece, Yugoslavia, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Holland, England and Scotland. Many items are accompanied by separate manuscript identifications folded in. Also included is a trip itinerary.

File consists of one small portrait of Rev. Jasper Wilson; two snapshots of Clare Clark's family, one portrait of Spencer Clark.
