File consists of one 1972 photocopy of a plan of part of the town of Berlin by Joseph Hobson showing the block of land bordered by Weber, Queen, and Frederick, where the YWCA would later be built. On the side of the plan are affidavits relating to the survey of the area.

File consists of material created and accumulated by Martha Rieder in her volunteer work with the Y.W.C.A., including the Finance Committee. Includes financial reports (April, May, August, September 1934; May 1935; February 1936), agendas for Finance Committee meetings, notices and agendas for some annual meetings (including one for a Y.M.C.A. meeting), programs and invitations for events, fundraising campaign information, Y.W.C.A. policies (1945), manuscript and typescript notes, etc.
