The series contains photographic negatives and prints created by Pirak Studios Limited, primarily featuring graduation portraits and class composites of University of Waterloo students. The series also includes portraits of contestants in the Snow Queen Contest at the University of Waterloo that was held during the Snow Ball as part of the Winterland Weekend festivities in 1966. Additionally, the series contains portraits of students active in student government at the University of Waterloo as well as the graduation portraits of a student from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
