Breithaupt, who was a member of the Grand River Valley Boards of Trade, regarding a Department of Lands and Forest report concerning Grand River drainage. Also present is a cover page of a Department of Lands and Forest report titled, Report on Grand River Drainage, (Toronto, 1932).

On the front of each sleeve is taped the corresponding 35 mm contact strip (page 596 contains only 1 strip). One unnumbered volume contains negatives in a variety of sizes. Includes an index maintained on rolodex cards.

These films depict scenes along the Lower, Mid and Upper Grand; dam construction outside Guelph, Ontario; GRCA conservation areas; and also contain footage of Grand River flooding.
