Includes transfers of original films made by Hugh Templin, a GRCA commissioner. During the 1940s, Templin took footage of the construction phases of the Shand Dam, near Belwood, Ont. and its subsequent opening and early operation. DVD transfers of slide-show presentations of Grand River Conservation Authority Annual Reports, and Special Recognition Awards.

Series consists of 8mm and 16mm films accumulated by, and produced for the Grand River Conservation Authority. The majority of these films have been transferred to videocassette and DVD, which are also found in the GRCA fonds. Also contains masters and working prints of a number of films produced for the Grand River Conservation Authority by Summit Film Productions. These films depict scenes along the Lower, Mid and Upper Grand; dam construction outside Guelph, Ontario; GRCA conservation areas; and also contain footage of Grand River flooding.

Series consists of binders of negatives and contact strips: 14 numbered volumes contain 596 pages, each page holding seven 6-frame strips of 35 mm negatives. On the front of each sleeve is taped the corresponding 35 mm contact strip (page 596 contains only 1 strip). One unnumbered volume contains negatives in a variety of sizes. Includes an index maintained on rolodex cards.
