An external review of the University of Waterloo Library written by Graham R. Hill, University Librarian, McMaster University, that was submitted to T. Gary Waller, Associate Provost (Academic & Student Affairs). The report was intended to assist Waller and their advisory committee in the selection of a new University Librarian.
