Includes correspondence from the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources to the GRCA, July 4, 1974 introducing the regulation and a copy of the Order-in-Council. Also present is background documentation including copies of selected minutes of the GRCA and copies of the Ontario statute : The Conservation Authorities Act, R.S.O. 1960, Ch. 62.

Also includes photographs of the Conestogo River near Drayton, Ont., including views of the existing bridges.
