Breithaupt Hewetson Clark collection

This collection, donated to the University of Waterloo in 1988 by the family of the late Rosa Breithaupt Hewetson Clark and Spencer Clark, includes family papers from three families, the Breithaupt family, the Hewetson family, and the Clark family; records from the Guild of All Arts in Scarborough, Ontario, founded by Rosa Breithaupt Hewetson Clark and Spencer Clark; and several smaller collections acquired by the Breithaupt family and by Spencer Clark. The personal library of Spencer Clark, which includes many books, periodicals, government documents, and ephemeral items, was donated together with the archival collections, and is particularly strong in the fields of urban planning, architecture, and Canadian art.

Promotional materials created by Louis Jacob Breithaupt's political campaign to ask for the vote of his constituents during the election for the North Waterloo Local Legislature on May 23, 1899. Includes a letter in English and German, a leaflet with a drawing of the Premier of Ontario (Hon. A. S. Hardy), and the envelope in which everything was enclosed.
Envelope is addressed to Conrad [Haerle?] Esquire, from Wellesley, Ontario.

Negatives European trip.

Negatives depicting landscapes, landmarks, and members of the Breithaupt family travelling through Europe in 1930, specifically photographs cover travelling in England, Scotland, and the trip back to Canada. Also contains two paper developing envelopes that contained the negatives when they arrived in archives.
