File consists of one fire insurance plan from the Plan Department of Associated Mutual Insurance Company, Boston, showing Dominion Tire and Rubber Machinery Shops. Map was surveyed and drawn by F.A. Lougee on October 9, 1923 and traced by W.G. Harlow. The map shows 3D renderings of the buildings on the property along with descriptions of each building.

File consists of one fire insurance plan of Dominion Rubber Company Ltd. Dominion Tire Factory and Rubber Machinery Shop. Plan was originally surveyed by Johnson and Higgins, N.Y. June 18, 1926 and was revised September 25, 1930. Plan also includes architectural details about the buildings.

File consists of material relating to the property and camp at Port Carling owned by the Ontario conference of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, known as Canadian Keswick Conference, the rezoning of the lands, and the development of a resort there. Includes correspondence, memoranda, newspaper clippings, photocopied agreements, photocopied Ontario Municipal Board decisions, reports, handwritten notes, etc.

File consists of a map of Kitchener-Waterloo depicting dates and types of aerial photography that had been mapped, and a study plan of parking facilities on Lancaster and Arnold streets in Kitchener. Both items prepared by the City of Kitchener, planning department.

A scrapbook containing press clippings and a photograph of the British royal family. The press clippings feature articles regarding King George V’s Silver Jubilee, the death of King George V, the activities of King Edward VIII, as well as the children Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret. One photograph features King George VI and Queen Elizabeth possibly taken during the 1939 royal tour of Canada. Also includes a map of lakes in Ontario and a photograph of Lady Agnew of Lochnaw an oil on canvas portrait of Gertrude Agnew, the wife of Sir Andrew Agnew, 9th Baronet completed by John Singer Sargent in 1892.
