The Dare Delicious films feature a jingle with the same name. They include shots of children eating and stacking towers of cookies, hands taking cookies off of a serving plate, a tuba player, and a butler holding a plate of cookies. The films end with a child taking a bite of a cookie and stating: "Dare delicious."

The Opera films feature a French version of the Dare Delicious jingle. They include an opera starring two children singing as another child, dressed as a villain in a cape and hat, tries to steal cookies being watched by an audience eating Dare cookies. The films end with the child actors smiling at the camera and stating: "Les bons gagnent tout le temps."

Contains one clipping of an article entitled "Canadians eager to enter U.S. upscale food market," Toronto Star, Tuesday, June 5, 1990, Business Today, Section E, E1. A twelve-month calendar created by Dare Foods Limited for employees featuring the Dare safety vision, values, and mission. The calendar also features ideas and drawings submitted by Dare employee's children and grandchildren (ages 3 to 12) relating to safety on and off the job.

An analog clock with roman numerals on the clock face and the following engraving: Girl Guides of Canada / Dare / Partners in Success / Bryan Dare. Also includes a built-in photograph frame that holds one 5" x 7" picture. The clock and photograph frame feature a hinge-open design so that the piece could sit on a desktop or similar flat surface.

In 2002, Dare Foods Limited was chosen as the executive supplier of cookies for the Girl Guides of Canada. It is likely that the clock and photograph frame were created to commemorate this new partnership.

A plaque given to Bryan R. Dare and Graham N. Dare in recognition of their efforts towards the planning and execution of the integration of the CFS businesses including Viau/McCormick's, Grissol, and Loney's into Dare Foods Limited.

A mounted print featuring a cityscape of the City of Edmonton that was given to Dare Foods Limited by Jan Reimer, Mayor, City of Edmonton on behalf of the people of Edmonton. The print was given to Dare Foods Limited to commemorate the company's 100th anniversary on February 8, 1992. The print also features a congratulatory message and a seal of the City of Edmonton. Two keychains created by Dare Foods Limited. One keychain features the cartouche logo used by Dare Foods Limited in the 1990's and WHIMIS hazard symbols. The second keychain features the cartouche logo used by Dare Foods Limited in the 1990's, the Breton crackers logo, and the Olympic torch alongside the words, 'Sydney 2000.' The 2000 Summer Olympic Games were held in Sydney, Australia.

Four large buttons featuring the "cookie jar" logo, used by Dare Foods Limited in the 1970's and 1980's. Also includes seven buttons featuring a logo similar to the cartouche logo used by Dare Foods Limited in the 1990's. However, the logo featured on these buttons noticeably includes a distinct gold or yellow outline and bears some resemblance to the current shield logo that was introduced by Dare Foods Limited in 2004.

A copy of Dare Cookie News, volume 1, no. 1 released in 1975. The front page of this volume highlights the pinto promotion, which was launched by Dare Foods Limited in 1975. The promotion involved the give-away of seven Ford Pinto station wagons, the distribution of over 3 million coupons, in-store displays of Dare cookies and the placement of point of purchase advertising material throughout Ontario. The promotion was likely launched to encourage certain supermarket chains to relist Dare products following the strike in 1972.

Four recipe or formula books dating from 1938 to 1942 that originally belonged to Dare Foods Limited's predecessor companies including the Paulin-Chambers Company Limited and McCormick's Limited.

The first book is identified on the spine with the word, 'Paulins.' This book contains formulas written between 1938-1939 for a few products which remain in Dare's product line, although the formulas used today are quite different, including those for Ruffles and Normandy (now spelled "Normandie").

The second book is identified on the spine with the word, 'Weston.' This book was likely used in the McCormick plant in London, Ontario, which was owned at the time by George Weston Limited. The recipes in this book were written in 1940.

The third book is identified on the spine with the words, 'English [&] Canada.' This book is likely a compilation of recipes from England and Canada written in and around 1942. Some of the recipes list a name in the top right (e.g. T. Jamieson for "Alsation" biscuits) or refer to their having been made in "King's England." Other recipes are ascribed to "McCormick," "CBF" (a reference to "Cracker Baker," possibly an industry handbook) and "McV & P" (McVitie & Price of Edinburgh, Scotland). At the end of the book there are seven pages of handwritten notes and recipes on the back of McCormick biscuit wrappers.

The fourth book is not identified on the spine however, it contains recipes for fillings, coatings and mixtures written in 1941. Fillings and coatings were applied to cookies after they were baked. Mixtures were packages of assorted biscuits, typically with a different cookie in each row.

This file also includes one memorandum written by Bryan Dare providing detailed historical information about Dare Foods Limited's predecessor companies, recipes, and manufacturing technologies referred to in the books.
