A funeral service card for the service of memory for Berdiena "Birdie" Cartheuser held on September 13, 1986 at the Church of the Hills in Forest Lawn, Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, California. Berdiena was William Cartheuser's second wife. Berdiena was born on April 20, 1896 and died on September 11, 1986.

A used envelope that was addressed to Reverend W. Cartheuser in Buffalo, New York. The envelope was stamped with the date July 25, 1949. It is not known what was sent to William inside this envelope or who the sender was.

An invoice issued by the Forest Lawn Memorial Park Association to Berdiena Cartheuser for the funeral service held for William Cartheuser in 1966. The invoice is dated February 25, 1966.

The waiver certificate was filled in and signed by William Cartheuser and stamped with the date January 10, 1956. On the certificate, William claimed to be a minister ordained on September 6, 1930.
