The Kitchener, Waterloo & Bridgeport Coal Dealers Association was organized April 20, 1919 to bring dealers together at regular intervals "to discuss matters of importance to the coal trade." This minute book contains records of meetings from the founding in 1919 to 1927. The minutes record decisions made about the conduct of business, retail prices, dicounts and terms, in the K-W area.

A flying log book issued to Cameron Hill by the Royal Air Force during the Second World War. The log book contains multiple entries written by Cameron recording details of flights and operations he participated in between May and September 1942.

A log book published by the War Prisoners Aid of the Young Men's Christian Association in Geneva, Switzerland and given to Cameron Hill while he was a prisoner of war during the Second World War. Includes the original letter sent with the book to Cameron Hill by the Young Men's Christian Association.

Cameron filled the log book with poetry, diary entries, lists of rations, excerpts from correspondence, contact information for fellow prisoners of war that he met, and artwork completed by himself or other prisoners of war. Inside a pocket adhered to the back cover of the log book, Cameron stored additional items he accumulated before and after he was captured as a prisoner of war. This includes a Royal Canadian Air Force leave or pass form issued to Cameron in Halifax, Nova Scotia as well as cinema and opera house tickets for shows in England and a ticket from Iceland for an unknown event or activity. In addition, the pocket contains a Christmas card from the Vatican dated to 1942, an additional memorandum book filled with diary entries, Italian stamps, loose notes, a postal censorship slip, 1 Deutsche Mark, and a 10 Belgian franc banknote.

File consists of one ms. recipe book with inscription "Melora Neyle 1854" on the flyleaf. The first page lists a partial table of contents. Includes primarily ms. entries written into the book, but also includes some ms. recipes pasted in at a later date, and some pasted in clippings. Includes primarly recipes for food, but also some for health remedies and home care products. Also inset into the manuscript are pressed flowers.

File consists of one ms. recipe book with inscription "begun by Kate Neyle about 1880" on the flyleaf. Pastedown on front board gives a partial table of contents. Most recipes have been written directly into the book, but some have been written on pieces of paper and glued in at a later date and some are clippings. Manuscript has a homemade dust jacket into which are inserted loose recipes in the back flap.

One vellum bound manuscript cookbook of unknown origin. Cookbook features approximately 50 recipes in at least fifteen different hands. Most recipes are for desserts, although a few are for savoury dishes and household products. Some recipes are signed. Signatures include: M. Moore, Mary Dawson, and S. Lowels. Also included in the file is an index of recipes and the original seller's note.

One notebook kept by Sol Eisen listing books he purchased, names of contacts, historical notes such as lists of philosopher and poets, names of people who attended Sunday School at his synagogue, timetables, definitions and more.

File consists of one trip diary kept by Florence Bray. The diary details trips to Europe (1926), California (1938 & 1939), New York and Atlantic City (1932), Virginia (1950), Florida (1930 & 1938), Scotland (1892), Gaspe (1946), Muskoka (1946). Also included in the diary are addresses of people met while on trips, a list of hotels stayed in and a fold out map of the United States and Mexico. The 1926 trip to Europe is of particular interest, with descriptions of major European cities and First World War battlefields.
