Two of the photos, taken by the Kitchener-Waterloo Record, show Leavine in his office and at awards ceremony in honour of George W. Quick's service to the Kitchener Fire Department. The third photo, taken by Ontario Department of Travel and Publicity, Parliament Buildings, Toronto, Ont., shows Leavine as part of a group in the offices of the Minister of Planning and Development of the Province of Ontario, Hon. Johannes Schmidt Pennsylvania Dutch banked barn.

Six images of a Pennsylvania Dutch banked barn that belonged to Johannes Schmidt ca. 1809 and is now owned by Black Creek Pioneer Village. One image appeared in the first edition of Rempel's book, three appeared in the second edition of his book, and two did not appear in either edition.
