Includes two mounted photographs taken on the streets of Berlin (Kitchener), including a shot of the Berlin market, town hall, and post office, a photograph of Alex Welker in his LeRoy car, a group portrait of students at Lady Belle [school?], a photograph of the interior of one of Electrohome's plants, and other photographs. File also includes a Christmas card from Elizabeth Pollock to John Koegler, and a page removed from a printed souvenir album containing a picture of C.E. Hoffman's button and suspender factory on Queen Street in Kitchener.

Page is annotated: "Pollock Mfg. Co. - 1908-1909 / upper floor - now SW corner Queen & Charles". File probably belonged to John Koegler.

File consists of material relating to travelling and sightseeing, probably collected by Carl A. Pollock. Includes road maps and tourist maps, leaflets and booklets from tourist attractions, and typed and ms. notes. Maps are for Kitchener, Ontario, various American states and cities, and Stuttgart, Germany.

File consists of 34 photographs of CKCO-TV personalities, staff, events, and programs. Some of the photographs have the CKCO-TV Conestoga wagon logo in the bottom left corner, and most have some identification on verso. Personalities depicted include Reg Sellner, Grace Lawson, Big Al, Elaine Cole, and George Caldwel, Betty Thompson, Violet Scriver, and others. Subjects include the CKCO-TV mobile unit, stills from programs (news, weather, local game shows, talk shows, children's programs, Canadian Bandstand), technicians on the job, parades, and Queen Elizabeth's 1959 visit to Kitchener city hall.

File consists of material relating to the publicity of the opening of Plant 6 in Kitchener's industrial park in 1966. Includes incoming and outgoing correspondence and memoranda, copies of news releases (some edited), 15 photographs of the plant (including several aerial shots) and the opening ceremonies, and a brochure about the plant. File also includes a typed copy of the remarks presented by Hon. Stanley J. Randall (Ontario Minister of Economics and Development), and a typed copy of the remarks presented by Hon. C.M. Drury (Minister of Industry).

File consists of 13 photographs relating to events and activities in the Kitchener-Waterloo community in which Electrohome or CKCO-TV (Central Ontario Television Limited) played a role. Includes photographs of CKCO-TV camera operators and commentators at Queen Elizabeth's visit to Canada in June, 1973, and of W.D. McGregor being presented to Her Majesty; photographs of Prime Minister Trudeau visiting the CKCO-TV studio and meeting Carl A. Pollock; and photographs of Miss Oktoberfest, John A. Pollock presenting a cheque, and other subjects. File also includes a letter, a memorandum, and a typed news story outline about the Royal Visit.

Research : reverse osmosis advertising.

File consists of material relating to the production of advertising material for the Reverse Osmosis Division of Electrohome. Includes photographs, copy negatives, contact sheets, and a slide of reverse osmosis systems and applications; single-sheet advertisements for ultrafiltration systems soluble oil waste treatment and for maple sap concentration by reverse osmosis; and blank letterhead. Some of the photographs depict reverse osmosis systems at Bud Automotive (Kitchener, ON), TRW Canada Ltd. (St. Catharines, ON), Schwitzer (Stratford, ON), and an unidentified plant in Windsor, ON.

Some photographs have been mounted on board and retouched. Duplicate photographs are present.

File consists of material relating to the property at 809 Wellington Street in Kitchener, ON; a zone change application and the potential purchase of parts of the property by Northport Landing (Waterloo, ON); and the purchase of parts of the property by First Gulf Development Corporation (Mississauga, ON).

Includes correspondence and memoranda, ms. notes, maps and folded site plans (and some photocopies of same), photocopies of extracts of zoning by-laws, copies of forms, a draft purchase agreement, and other material.
