Includes ts.(mimeograph) flood advisory bulletins concerning spring run-off, issued by the Grand River Conservation Commission on April 8, 1964 and March 30, 1965, and ts.(photocopy) flood advisory bulletin issued by the GRCA on March 30, 1965. Also contains ts. (photocopy) list of emergency contact personnel and circular letter to municipalities issued by the Ontario Department of Energy and Resource Management concerning flood monitoring.
