Consists of ts.(photocopy) of a report submitted in the form of an undated letter from W.H. Philip, Grand River Conservation Commission Chairman to Hon. Mitchell F. Hepburn, Premier of Ontario. The report concerns flood control measures for the Grand River basin and apportionment of provincial, federal and municipal fiscal responsibility.

Series consists of slides organized topically, originally housed in metal slide tray cases. Includes slides of Luther Marsh and its environs, and a collection of wildflower slides. According to the original GRCA the slides were taken by Bill Miller. Identifications are provided on ms. lists included on the interior lid of each tray. Some of the slides listed are not present.
