Consists of a ts. report prepared by the Grand River Conservation Authority regarding the activities of students employed by the GRCA in the Grand River Experience Project, under the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources Project SWEEP student employment program during the summer of 1972. Includes photographs of student employees.

Consists a binder containing ts. materials relating to the construction of a composite bridge and the undertaking of channel improvement on the Conestogo River at Drayton, Ont. Includes correspondence to and from the Grand River Conservation Authority and provincial and municipal governments. Also includes photographs of the Conestogo River near Drayton, Ont., including views of the existing bridges.

Also present is a ts. (photocopy) report titled "Report on the Main Street Bridge over the Conestogo River, Village of Drayton, County of Wellington," by V.R. Astrop, Consulting Engineers, Ancaster, including blueline drawings of the proposed bridge. In addition, there are two blueline drawings of the channel improvement plan by an unidentified creator, possibly the GRCA.

Consists of a binder containing ts. tender documents relating to the construction of sluice gates on the Speed River in Guelph, Ont., prepared by Ardelt Industries of Canada Limited, Kitchener, for submission to the Grand Valley Conservation Authority. Includes completed form of tender, technical description, blueprints of sluice gates, blueline schematic wiring diagram and 5 photographs of samples of gates supplied by Fried, Krupp, Germany, the parent company of Ardelt Industries.

Inserted are the following : cover letter and additional correspondence from Ardelt Industries to the Grand Valley Conservation Authority and correspondence from R.K. Kilborn & Associates, Toronto, Ont. to the Grand River Conservation Authority.
