Consists of ts.(carbon copy) cost estimates for the proposed Waldemar Dam reported by the Grand River Conservation Commission on August 31, 1936. Also includes a document titled "Estimated Cost of the Waldemar Dam," prepared by the Hydro Electric Power Commission of Ontario, ca. 1934.

Also includes ms.and ts.(original and photocopy) test and actual flood warning advisory messages issued by the Grand River Conservation Authority to member municipalities and police forces.

William H. Breithaupt : letter to William Philip, June 20, 1932.

Consists of a ts. letter from W.H. Breithaupt to William Philip, Chairman, Flood Prevention Committee, Grand River Valley Boards of Trade, dated June 20, 1932. The letter contains comments from W.E. Breithaupt, who was a member of the Grand River Valley Boards of Trade, regarding a Department of Lands and Forest report concerning Grand River drainage. Also present is a cover page of a Department of Lands and Forest report titled, Report on Grand River Drainage, (Toronto, 1932).

Consists of a ts. (mimeograph) research document compiled by unidentified students employed by the GRCA under the Young Canada Works Project in the summer of 1977. Includes indices of books, transcripts of articles and excerpts from books, charts and handdrawn maps concerning the history of various communities located on the lower Grand River River Valley.
