Photographs.

File consists of photographs of the products, facilities, and people of RMS from the 1930's until the late 1960's or early 1970's. Includes photographs of the products manufactured at RMS; photographs of the RMS facilities, including interior and exterior shots; and photographs of employees in various departments, receiving awards, at work, and so on.

Some photographs were taken for use in company publications and sales and marketing material, and some of these have been touched-up. Some of the photographs are reproductions of earlier photographs. Some photographs include ms. annotations on verso; some photographs have ts. captions attached to them. Some duplicate photographs are present.

Includes photographs of the products manufactured at RMS; photographs of the RMS facilities, including interior and exterior shots, as well as some photographs taken at other Uniroyal facilities (e.g. St. Jerome, Elmira); and photographs (including group portraits) of employees in various departments, such as office staff, engineering & drafting, tool makers, and the operating council, and employees at work.

File consists of photographs taken at Quarter Century Club banquets in Kitchener and Trois-Rivieres. Includes photographs of club members receiving a gift, and group portraits. Some photographs include Harry Greb and Arthur C. Greb. Duplicate photographs are present.

File consists of approximately 23 pieces of incoming and outgoing correspondence (some carbon copies) with individuals and corporate bodies beginning with "F." File also contains some press clippings as well as photographs of Pollock posing in the Electrohome showroom and at the University of Waterloo for use in an advertisement in the Financial Post.

File consists of photographs originally in an album created to illustrate the history of CAP Communications and CKCO-TV. Subjects of photographs include: television production equipment and facilities, television personalities on set, and special events (including an employee picnic [?] and the anniversary of CKKW-AM). Some photographs have identification on verso, and some pages in the photo album were blank.

File consists of twelve photographs taken at the launches of CKCO-TV Channel 2 (Georgian Bay), Channel 42 (Chatham-Sarnia), and Channel 11 (Huntsville). Photographs depict Carl A. Pollock speaking and shaking hands with people. File contains duplicate photographs.

Habitat '67 : photographs and brochures.

File consists of material relating to Electrohome's contribution to the furnishing of 36 housing units in Habitat '67, a project at Expo '67 (Montreal, QC). Includes photographs of Habitat '67 models and apartment interiors, brochures about the project, correspondence, ephemera, and a signed lease agreement.

Official opening : Plant 6 : publicity.

File consists of material relating to the publicity of the opening of Plant 6 in Kitchener's industrial park in 1966. Includes incoming and outgoing correspondence and memoranda, copies of news releases (some edited), 15 photographs of the plant (including several aerial shots) and the opening ceremonies, and a brochure about the plant. File also includes a typed copy of the remarks presented by Hon. Stanley J. Randall (Ontario Minister of Economics and Development), and a typed copy of the remarks presented by Hon. C.M. Drury (Minister of Industry).

File consists of 39 photographs of the construction of Plant 3 (Wellington Street) and the official opening ceremony. Includes informal progress photographs, photographs of speeches during the opening ceremony (including some of Carl A. Pollock), and photographs of the reception.

File consists of photographs of Electrohome's Plant 6 (Kitchener) and Plant 10 (Cambridge). Includes photographs of the manufacturing, loading, shipping, and lumber storage areas and aerial photographs of Plant 6. File consists of material relating to the announcement and construction of Plant 6 in Kitchener's industrial park. Includes a news release, three photographs of the ground-breaking ceremony, and four photographs of the plant at various stages of construction. Pictured with Carl A. Pollock at the ground-breaking ceremony are Art Balabazuk, R.D. Armstrong, and Kitchener Mayor Keith Hymmen.

File also includes an artist's sketch of the plant and a memorandum.

File consists of photographs and snapshots of Carl A. Pollock at various meetings, events, and presentations, and posing at his desk and on the plant floor. Includes photographs taken at the Winnipeg and Vancouver showrooms, a photograph with D. Lowater and two executives from Lima, Peru, several candid snapshots, and a photograph of a sculpted bust of Carl A. Pollock. File also includes memoranda with descriptions of two photographs.

File consists of 13 photographs relating to events and activities in the Kitchener-Waterloo community in which Electrohome or CKCO-TV (Central Ontario Television Limited) played a role. Includes photographs of CKCO-TV camera operators and commentators at Queen Elizabeth's visit to Canada in June, 1973, and of W.D. McGregor being presented to Her Majesty; photographs of Prime Minister Trudeau visiting the CKCO-TV studio and meeting Carl A. Pollock; and photographs of Miss Oktoberfest, John A. Pollock presenting a cheque, and other subjects. File also includes a letter, a memorandum, and a typed news story outline about the Royal Visit.

Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony Orchestra.

File consists of three photographs showing the members of the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony Orchestra, in which William Pope Clement played the viola for twenty-five years, and was a Life Director. William can be seen in the orchestra in two of the photographs.
