Records relate to company management, accounting, personnel, operations, facilities, and the sale of Greb Industries Limited to Warrington Products Limited.

Includes financial statements, annual reports, correspondence, memoranda, ms. notebooks, reports, manuals, agreements, press clippings, and other material. Annual reports cover the period from 1967 to 1973. Financial statements are present for the Berlin Shoe Manufacturing Company Limited (1913-1915), Greb Shoe Company Limited (1916-1918, 1941, 1945-1948), Greb Industries Limited (1976), and Valentine and Martin Limited (1943-1951).

Some of the material was probably accumulated and used by Robert Lovell, Public Relations Manager from 1963-1988.

Annual meeting files contain lists of commission members for the year commencing, also correspondence form the various municipalities re attendance, members, etc.

Series consists of financial records for Electrohome and its subsidiary companies, including Hawkesville Lumber (acquired 1965), Campbell Electric (acquired 1960), International Electrohome (incorporated 1962), Electrohome Communications (incorporated 1970), and Flexsteel Industries (Canada) (acquired 1972). Series also includes material compiled for presentations to the Canadian government's Enterprise Development Board, which insured part of a $25 million term loan to the company from the Royal Bank of Canada in 1977. Includes financial statements and reports, a ledger, and other material.

Reports cover the years 1985-1989 and 1991-2000, and some reports include memoranda to the board of directors. Some of the records probably belonged to J.G. Gingerich, vice-president, finance, and later corporate controller, and then chief financial officer and treasurer.

Series consists of files created and maintained by Ilmar Kao in his position as Manager and Assistant Secretary of the Grand River Conservation Commission during 1958 and 1959. Includes correspondence, memoranda, reports, invoices, ms. notes and calculations etc. relating to land acquisition, cottage and property rental, services, insurance, dam operations, forestry operations, Mechanical and Maintenance Department operations, relations with municipalities and government departments, and personnel.

Some of the files were created and maintained by Kathy Aitken, Executive Director from 1997 to 1999, and other files were possibly created and maintained by Cheryl Hallows, bookkeeper from 1996 to 1999 and Executive Assistant from 1999 to [200-], and Cheryl Watt, office assistant from 1999.

Material relates to property assessment and taxation and the group appeal to the Assessment Review Board launched by the MLA, the activities of the Political Portfolio and Safety Portfolio, as well as various other issues and events including crime and policing, safe boating, municipal elections, the antique boat show and an annual general meeting.

Includes correspondence and memoranda (some drafts), photocopied newspaper clippings, reports and presentations, lists of MLA members and roll numbers, meeting agendas and minutes, typed and handwritten notes, financial statements for 1988 and 1989, posters, photographs, a handbook, and other material.
